After 6 years of development, Now the factory covers more than 8,000 square meters of workshop and with about 100 workers, we can always deliver the machines to our partners on time. Our strength is to build a high-quality machine for the long term. We have been able to build this with experienced engineers and designers who have been designing and building scrubbers for decades. All machines from Mazhaoli are double before being sold, our attention is to provide a trouble-free machine to the customer. We have been supplying the higher-class machines in China for several years now. The factory is fully equipped for all products in line with clear rules and points of description. Every production line has a complete diagram of the part to be installed for each step. These parts are inspected in advance by our inspectors in the warehouse. There is a test room in the factory with different floors to test all our machines in line. The factory also has a showroom to view and test all our machines and a complete explanation of the machines.
1. How long is the machine warranty period? 12 Month. We will send the parts by free if there is any problem of components within warranty, except quick-wear parts. After the warranty period, you can still enjoy our service all the time.

Of course, all the machines have CE,ROHS,ISO9001 and other necessary certifications
3. How to do the after-sales services?
Firstly,you will get the user’s manual together with machines; Secondly, we also send the operation video; Thirdly, you can let me know the issues if you meet any questions, over 15 years experiences engineer will help to solve it. Also if necessary, we can arrange an engineer to your site.
4. All of the machines using with batteries? Are there gasoline or diesel machines?
All of our machines are with maintenance-free battery , all models are equipped with lithium batteries if you have requirements on it.
